The services of Open Heart Reclamation™ are offered for personal development, self-exploration, energetic awareness and personal reflection.

No diagnosis is made, no therapy or treatment in the medical sense is carried out, and no healing practice (Heilkunde) within the meaning of the law is exercised. The services are not psychotherapy, psychological treatment or counselling, psychiatric or medical treatment, or healthcare, and they do not replace consultation with a physician, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified healthcare professional.

No illness or medical condition is diagnosed, treated, cured or prevented. No particular result is guaranteed; individual experiences vary.

If you have a medical, psychological or psychiatric condition, or concerns about your health, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not postpone or stop medical treatment because of a session or information on this website.

Open Heart Reclamation™ is not an emergency or crisis service. In an emergency, contact the emergency services (Austria: 144 ambulance, 112 European emergency number) or a healthcare provider.

Terms & Conditions

Open Heart Reclamation™ · Rositsa Georgieva · Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Rositsa Georgieva under the business name Open Heart Reclamation™ (“I”, “me”), including single sessions, the Discovery Call, QHHT® sessions and the Private Journey.

1.2 “Consumer” means a person who books for purposes that are not related to a trade or profession. “Entrepreneur” means a person who books for business purposes.

1.3 Services are intended for adults (18+).

2. Nature of the services and client information

2.1 Open Heart Reclamation™ offers personal development and energetic guidance within the registered trade of Humanenergetik. Depending on the service, sessions may include conversation and reflection, somatic and body-awareness practices, energetic awareness work, visualization and reflective practices, and subconscious-oriented personal exploration.

2.2 The purpose of the work is to support awareness, self-reflection, energetic perception and personal development, and to provide assistance towards physical and energetic balance.

2.3 In line with the professional rules for Humanenergetik, no diagnosis is made, no therapy or treatment in the medical sense is carried out, and no healing practice (Heilkunde) within the meaning of the law is exercised. I take appropriate measures to make sure that no impression of medical treatment arises.

2.4 Before or at the beginning of the first session you will be informed about the nature, purpose, limits and methods of the work. The agreed services may be documented.

2.5 If the work is not appropriate for you, or if medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care appears necessary, I may decline or end the cooperation and refer you to a suitable professional.

2.6 QHHT® sessions are a separate service and are not part of the Open Heart Reclamation™ Method. These Terms apply to them in the same way.

3. Client responsibility

3.1 Participation is voluntary. You may stop a session at any time.

3.2 You are responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions, including the use of anything you experience or learn during a session.

3.3 Please give accurate information and tell me about circumstances that may affect the safe provision of the service. You do not have to share medical details unless they are needed for the safe organisation of the session.

3.4 If you are in an acute crisis or emergency, please contact the emergency services or a healthcare provider instead of booking a session.

4. Booking and conclusion of contract

4.1 Online booking. A booking made through the website is binding once it has been confirmed by the booking system or by me by email. Where payment at booking is required, the booking is confirmed when payment has been completed.

4.2 Application. Private work (Private Journey) is by application only. Submitting an application does not create a contract or an obligation to accept you. I review each application and decide whether the work is appropriate. A contract for a Private Journey is concluded when I confirm your acceptance in writing and the details (number of sessions, duration, price and payment schedule) have been agreed in writing.

4.3 The booking confirmation is sent to you by email and includes these Terms and the information on your right of withdrawal (section 8).

4.4 Steps to conclude the contract. To book online you select a service and date, enter your details and confirm the booking by clicking the payment button (“Book & pay” / “Zahlungspflichtig buchen”). Before sending your booking you can check and correct your entries at any time using the back button or by editing the fields of the booking form. The contract is concluded as described in section 4.1 and 4.2. The contract language is English. The text of the contract (these Terms and your booking confirmation) is sent to you by email; I do not otherwise store the contract text in a way that is accessible to you, so please save the email. The Terms are available on this website at any time.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 All prices are stated in euros and are final prices. As a small business under § 6(1) item 27 UStG, no value-added tax is charged or shown. The exact price of a service is shown on the booking page or in the written agreement before you book.

5.2 Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay at checkout, processed by the payment provider Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal;

  • SEPA bank transfer: the bank details (IBAN and payment reference) are shown in the booking confirmation or invoice. Payment is due within 7 days after booking, and in any case before the session takes place. The booking is confirmed once the payment has been received; if the payment is not received in time, the booking may be cancelled;

  • Cash at the in-person appointment in Vienna, payable at the start of the session (in-person sessions only);

  • for the Private Journey: online payment, bank transfer by invoice, or another method agreed in writing in advance, in full or in instalments if agreed in writing.

  • No additional fees are charged to you for any payment method.

5.3 A receipt or invoice is issued for every payment.

5.4 Where a payment is made through a third-party provider, the provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply in addition.

5.5 The Discovery Call is free of charge.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show

6.1 More than 24 hours before the appointment: you may cancel or reschedule free of charge (via the link in your booking confirmation or by email). A paid session is refunded or moved to a new date at your choice.

6.2 Less than 24 hours before the appointment: the fee is non-refundable, unless mandatory statutory rights apply or I expressly agree to an exception, for example in case of serious illness or another serious unforeseen event.

6.3 No-show: if you do not attend without notice, the fee is non-refundable.

6.4 Late arrival: the session still ends at the agreed time; the fee is not reduced.

6.5 Cancellation by me: if I have to cancel (for example because of illness), you may choose a new date or a full refund.

6.6 This section does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal (section 8) or other mandatory consumer rights.

7. Private Journey and multi-session packages

7.1 The Private Journey (for example the Reclamation Intensive — 6 sessions over 6 weeks — or the Embodied Leadership Journey — 10–12 sessions over 12 weeks) consists of the number of sessions and the duration stated in the written agreement.

7.2 Sessions are scheduled by agreement. The cancellation rules in section 6 apply to each individual session; a session cancelled more than 24 hours in advance is rescheduled within the programme duration.

7.3 If you cannot use sessions within the programme duration because of illness or reasons on my side, the programme is extended or the sessions are refunded pro rata. If you do not use sessions within the programme duration for other reasons attributable to you, although dates were available, those sessions count as provided.

7.4 Early termination by you. You may terminate the Private Journey at any time in writing. You then pay for the sessions already held and for sessions scheduled within the next 24 hours, calculated pro rata (programme price divided by the number of sessions). The remaining prepaid amount is refunded within 14 days.

7.5 Either party may terminate for good cause. If I end the cooperation because the work is no longer appropriate (see section 2.5), unused sessions are refunded pro rata.

7.6 Instalments, if agreed in writing, are due on the agreed dates.

7.7 Your statutory right of withdrawal (section 8) remains unaffected.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

8.1 If you are a consumer and conclude a contract at a distance (for example online) or away from my business premises, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Entrepreneurs have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Rositsa Georgieva, Open Heart Reclamation™, Lehárgasse 8, 1060 Vienna, Austria; telephone +43 660 652 0508; email rosica.georgieva10@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay me an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early start and loss of the right of withdrawal

8.2 If you want a service to take place before the withdrawal period has expired (for example because you book an appointment within the next 14 days), I will ask you before the booking is completed to expressly request this and to confirm that you know that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw after the service has started at your request, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided until then. If the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires only if you have given this express request and confirmation before the service started.

8.3 The model withdrawal form is at the end of this page.

8.4 For contracts concluded through the online booking system, the online withdrawal function described above is available during the entire withdrawal period. Withdrawal by email or by post remains possible.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share is treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect vital interests.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, written materials, frameworks, names, branding and graphics created for Open Heart Reclamation™ remain the property of Rositsa Georgieva or the respective rights holder. The Open Heart Reclamation™ Method and its branding may not be copied, reproduced, commercially used or presented as someone else’s work without prior written permission.

11. Liability

11.1 Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, is not excluded or limited.

11.2 For other damages, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; towards entrepreneurs, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

11.3 Mandatory consumer rights, including statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung), remain unaffected.

12. Website content and links

Website content is provided for general information. Although prepared with care, no guarantee is given that it is complete, current or suitable for your individual circumstances. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact me first so that concerns can be resolved directly: rosica.georgieva10@gmail.com. I am not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer habitually resides remain unaffected. For consumers, the statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply. For entrepreneurs, the competent court in Vienna has jurisdiction.

15. Final provisions

The Terms in force at the time of booking apply. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
